Land for Sale 01/15/2001

Susan and I are both in need of money. If you are interested in purchasing this beautiful land email me at    mailto:cdawn and I will give you more information.

Carol Dawn and Susan Murray purchased land this in the Fall of '98 - 33 acres - in Southern Colorado, near San Luis. It is primitive - there are no services are available. It is at 9500 feet elevation. Bear and deer are abundant - so I hear. Neither of us has seen any.

Most of the land is aspen covered with cedar and pine.

 

View from our land of a valley.  Perhaps a gazebo will be there someday. It would be a great meeting place.
